Dr. Ephraim Suhir is a professor at Portland State University, specializing in Mechanical, Materials, Electrical, and Computer Engineering. His research focuses on Design-for-Reliability in electronic and optical materials, assemblies, and systems, applying Applied Probability Theory to enhance reliability. He is also recognized for his work in Human-in-the-Loop Systems, where he quantifies human performance in critical applications such as aerospace missions.
