Jenia Georgieva

Biography:

Jenia Stefanova Georgieva is a Professor at the Institute of Physical Chemistry “Acad. R. Kaishew”, Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, Sofia, Bulgaria. She received her MSc degree in Electrochemistry and Corrosion in 1993 and her PhD in Electrochemistry in 2008. Her research focuses on nanostructured materials, electrocatalysis, photoelectrocatalysis, and electroless deposition of metals and alloys. She is the author of 55 scientific publications, 51 of which are indexed in Scopus, with 1,537 citations and an h-index of 25 (Scopus). She has participated in numerous national and international research projects and scientific forums and has supervised one successfully defended PhD student.
