Biography:
Mirela Paraschiv is a Research Assistant in the frame of the Laboratory of Optical Processes in Nanostructured Materials of the National Institute of Materials Physics (NIMP), Romania. She is PhD student at the University of Bucharest, Faculty of Physics. Her research is focused on the photodegradation processes of pharmaceutical compounds in the absence and presence of photocatalysts, processes evaluated by UV-VIS and FTIR spectroscopy, photoluminescence, and Raman scattering.
