Biography:
Oluwaseun Akinrinde is a Ph.D. graduate researcher in the Department of Chemical, Biological, and Materials Engineering at the University of South Florida. His research centers on solar-driven photocatalysis for the sustainable production of high-value chemicals and the decarbonization of the chemical industry. His work spans catalyst synthesis, photoreactor experimentation, and mechanistic analysis, developing energy-efficient alternatives to conventional high-temperature processes and turning fundamental catalysis insights into scalable routes for greener chemical manufacturing.
