Biography:
Prof Mangaka Matoetoe is a C2 NRF rated researcher whose expertise is in electroanalytical techniques. Her research interests are in material electrochemistry focusing on synthesis of metal nanoparticles (metal, metal oxide and bimetallic) and quantum dots (ternary and quaternary porphyrin based) as well as their composites. Application of these materials in sensors of microbial, biomarkers and environmental pollutants. She has graduated over 15 post graduates students (PhD and MSc) She has published in reputable journal of high impact factors.
