Biography:
Haitao Hu, Specially Appointed Young Research Fellow and doctoral supervisor at the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, serves as the head of the Sample Environment System for the China Spallation Neutron Source (CSNS) Phase II Project and leads a key national research and development program. He has long been engaged in research on neutron scattering sample environments, extreme condition technologies, and their applications. As the principal investigator, he has overseen and undertaken seven scientific research projects, including key national R&D initiatives and joint funds of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He has published over 30 papers in prominent academic journals such as “ Appl. Catal. B-Environ. Energy” and holds 35 authorized national invention patents.
