Biography:
Dr. Valyaev Alexander studied in Polytechnical University, Russia, Tomsk and graduated as MS in 1972,then received his PhD candidate in 1978, then doctor degree in 1998 in Nuclear Science Institute in Kazakhstan. Alexander worked in universities in Russia and Kazakhstan. Today Alexander Leading Researcher Professor, Doctor of Sciences, Division of Ecological Safety and Radiation Risk Nuclear Safety Institute of Russian Academy of Sciences. During 2002-2011 I was participant with my oral communications in 12 NATO science meetings such as Advance Research Workshops, Advance Study Institutes, Advanced Training Courses. Alexander has published about 300 research articles in SCI (E) journals
