Title : Application of ion-exchange composite materials based on khavdak bentonite in vegetable oil refining
Abstract:
In this article, a composition based on local Khovdak bentonite and a polymer additive was created and practical work was carried out on its effectiveness in the purification of vegetable oils. Studies have shown that bentonite-filled polymer compositions are more effective than imported bleaches when used. In general, the scope of research work on the justification of vegetable oil is wide, focusing on research work on the use of local clay soils, which reduce the amount of caustic soda and accumulate possible weak alkaline compounds. With this in mind, in this research work, practical work was carried out on the basis of local hemp bentonite and a polymer additive, that is, a composition that makes it effective in the purification of vegetable oils. Determination of the acid number of the oil was carried out using the methods given in the literature. When the cleaner is activated with mineral acids, some of the oxides it contains are dissolved in the acids and the reference surface of the adsorbent is cleaned. As a result, the comparatively activated surface of the detergent increases and the e-capacity to absorb it increases with respect to colorants. A good sorption progress will depend on the nature and structure of the sorbed substances. For example: non-polar (poorly polarized) compounds are well sorbed in polar sorbents (in coal), and polar compounds are well sorbed in polar sorbents.

- In conclusion, the optimal conditions for obtaining an import-substituting composition for refining oils using the synthesized compositions are determined. According to him, the KFF-1-B sorbent has higher sorption properties than the KFAF-1-B composition. In addition, the optimal activation conditions were determined, i.e. the need for activation within 4 hours using 15% H2SO4 acid. It has been established that the use of 2% in the purification of oils using the obtained compositions leads to maximum purification of the oil.
